It Looks Like I Have Been Charged for a Failed Payment

Modified on Wed, 1 May at 7:59 AM

When a payment fails, we cancel the transaction to prevent the funds from being processed incorrectly. However, your bank may still show the funds as "reserved" on your statement, indicating they are temporarily unavailable for spending.

This reservation is a standard banking procedure and is typically released once your bank processes the cancellation, which can take up to 5 days, depending on their policies.

Moreover, if you notice that the reservation was not released after the transaction cancellation. In that case, you can expedite the process by presenting the failed payment confirmation email we sent you to your bank.

This email serves as proof of the unsuccessful transaction and can help facilitate the immediate release of the reserved funds back into your account.
