I Accidentally Recharged the Wrong Number. What Should I Do?

Modified on Fri, 10 May at 12:25 PM

If you’ve recharged a wrong number that is being currently used by someone, unfortunately, it’s too late to reverse since the receiver might have already started using it.

Did You Enter a Non-Existing Number?

In case you have entered a non-existing number, you will receive an email informing you that your order has failed. In this email, you can directly request a refund if a particular amount has been deducted from your bank account. This email is generally sent after 1 hour of recharge.
